Job Description
The Senior Corporate Counsel (Fixed-Term Contract) will provide senior-level legal support to StarCompliance’s Legal Department during a defined period. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic legal advice and hands-on execution across commercial contracting, compliance, and legal operations.
Requirements
- Independent drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements
- Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders
- Managing a high volume of contracts and legal requests
- Maintaining and improving contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes
- Providing support on compliance matters
- Conducting legal research and providing guidance on relevant legal and regulatory developments
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between legal requirements and business operations
