Senior Manager, Learning & Organisation Development

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Learning & Organisation Development to enable a skills-driven workforce and drive the achievement of key success metrics for Learning across the Organization / Divisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of Learning and Development experience
• Experience in linking Learning needs with Business Outcomes
• Desire to build and drive a Skills-powered organization
• Digitally-savvy and adept with the use of digital Learning tools (e.g. LinkedIn Learning)
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Experience in Instructional Design beneficial
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS beneficial
