Kitchen Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will manage a large Kitchen Crew, understand back-of-house operations, and have a knowledge of food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
• Experience in managing COGS and labor
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
