Kitchen Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to manage a large Kitchen Crew, understand back-of-house operations, and have the background to manage food and labor costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
• Experience in managing COGS and labor
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
