Requirements
- Independent management of 2-3 marketplaces
- Processing of customer inquiries, returns, and complaints
- Active telesales, upselling & cross-selling
- Structured handling via digital service mailbox, Asana & sales funnel
- Coordination of B2B and B2C customers across various platforms
