The Administrative Services Section Leader position is responsible for fiscal administration of the state and federal planning work program, bureau purchasing, Office of Planning and Program budget, OPP hiring and personnel actions, and development of the state highway map and other mapping and data products.
Requirements
- Coordinates with Office of Planning and Programming (OPP) bureau chiefs, Director, and Deputy Director regarding staffing, recruitment, and personnel issues.
- Oversees the development of the OPP's annual operating budget for contractual services, planning, and equipment.
- Oversees the preparation, execution, and administration of all intergovernmental and consultant agreements for bureau programs.
- Maintains a liaison with the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) to ensure acquisition of needed data processing resources for the OPP and to remain in compliance with the department's data processing standards.
