The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking a Physician Specialist Option A to serve as a non-administrative Illinois licensed Physician, practicing Family Practice medicine and serving as a primary physician and clinically directing a caseload on an inpatient pavilion.
Requirements
- Valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License
- Completion of an approved residency in the position related medical specialty of Family Practice medicine
- One (1) year of professional experience evaluating and providing quality medical care to adult patients
- One (1) year of professional experience evaluating, diagnosing and treating adult individuals in accordance with best practices
- One (1) year of professional experience coordinating medical services with other professional disciplines and supportive personnel
- One (1) year of professional experience conducting physical exams of individuals
- One (1) year of professional experience communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
- One (1) year of professional experience preparing comprehensive and specialized medical records and reports
