Clinical Therapist

The Montana Department of Corrections is seeking a Clinical Therapist to work in the Montana Women's Prison in Billings, MT. The Clinical Therapist will provide evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic services to inmates with complex mental health and behavioral needs, promoting accountability, emotional regulation, and pro-social behavior. The role is part of a multidisciplinary team and requires a balance of clinical care with security protocols and building trust in a correctional setting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling
• Licensed or able to be licensed as a LCSW or LCPC by the State of Montana
• Ability to balance clinical care with security protocols and build trust in a correctional setting
