Job Description
The Montana Department of Corrections is seeking a Clinical Therapist to work in a secure prison, addressing the mental health and behavioral needs of inmates. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling and be licensed as a LCSW or LCPC by the State of Montana. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to create a safer and more rehabilitative facility culture, preparing individuals for eventual reentry and reducing recidivism.
