Job Description
The Construction Maintenance Techn II position involves performing carpentry work, maintenance, and repairs of buildings, grounds, and other state property. The role requires no license and involves working in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, and heating and air conditioning systems.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in one or more of the building trades
- Knowledge of principles, methods, materials, fixtures, tools, and equipment used in various building and maintenance trades
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 security clearance
