The Training Institute Learning & Development Manager leads the strategy, design, and execution of training and professional development initiatives across the agency, creating innovative and effective learning experiences for staff, partners, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- Two years supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience developing and facilitating clinical training programs for the behavioral health field
- Experience with project management software solutions
- Proficiency with course authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
- SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certifications
