Court Operations Associate (Court Recorder)

The Deschutes County Circuit Court in Bend, Oregon, is hiring a Court Recorder (Court Operations Associate). You will spend most of your time in a courtroom, recording court proceedings, monitoring the recording system, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three (3) or more years of responsible experience in a moderately complex office or business setting
• Experience performing a variety of clerical or administrative support tasks
• Experience using a variety of software programs
• Experience multitasking and providing customer service
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness
