Post Production Support Specialist job description. The Post Production Support Specialist supports customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation. The Specialist will define new client requirements, configure and tune the application to the client's business and technical needs, train users, test workflows and resolve issues.
