We are currently hiring for a Regional Consultant to build and expand relationships with RIA firms and Bank Trust organizations across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role serves as a trusted advisor and represents the U.S. Wealth Group's distribution efforts throughout the territory.
Requirements
- Own and grow key client and strategic partner relationships with RIAs and Bank Trust firms
- Identify client needs and deliver relevant market insights, product information, investment ideas, and sales support
- Demonstrate strong investment acumen and act as an expert on State Street Investment Management solutions
- Drive Net New Assets (NNA) and Net New Revenue (NNR) by cultivating new relationships and deepening engagement with existing partners
- Lead and coordinate regional travel with key sub-advisory partners and index providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners
- Mentor and support internal team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Demonstrate risk excellence and uphold the highest ethical standards in all client and internal interactions
- Pursue continuous improvement by refining sales skills and engaging in ongoing professional development
- Travel extensively throughout the region and periodically nationwide
