Safety Internship

Steel Dynamics is a leading industrial metals solutions company that produces lower-carbon, high-quality steel products. The safety internship is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and is a 10-week internship that takes place Summer 2026. The internship will focus on supporting the facility's safety team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture and reduce risk.

Requirements

• Safety related Bachelor's degree
• GPA of at least 2.7
• Willingness to conduct safety audits and inspections
• Foundational knowledge of OSHA standards and general industry safety regulations
