The Commercial Relationship Manager II works in conjunction with the Regional CEO and Commercial Lenders to develop business focusing on loans, deposit and Treasury Services. The role involves identifying prospective clients, developing new business relationships, and recommending approval of commercial credits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 8+ years’ experience in banking relationship management role or related business lending experience; direct in-person contact preferred.
- General knowledge of core business products and services including deposit and Treasury Services.
- Strong understanding of credit products, credit application process, and potential outcomes.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others without direct control.
- Ability to consider and balance client needs and objectives with respect to associated challenges and risks.
- Must possess strong written, credit analysis and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
- Proven track record of consistent loan and deposit production.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software.
