Job Description
Steno is looking for a Recruiter - Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full cycle recruiting, creating innovative sourcing strategies, and promoting Steno's talent brand. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers, researching industry trends, and measuring recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with fast-paced startups
- Recruited for a wide variety of roles, especially within Operations
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to ask tough, insightful questions
- Creative thinker with unconventional strategies to engage candidates
- Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple high-priority projects
- Proactive and take initiative when there are roadblocks in the hiring process
