Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service, working closely with our support teams and Operations network to efficiently track, monitor and resolve all customer inbound queries in a timely manner.
Requirements

- Proven track record in providing a high level of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail

- Competent in all Microsoft packages
