Customer Service Trainer

We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to join our Customer Experience department, responsible for delivering training and development programs for new and existing employees, creating training materials, and assessing staff performance to identify skill/knowledge gaps. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Trainer role, with experience in salesforce and excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Trainer role
• Salesforce experience desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of various teaching methods and approaches
• Experience creating content that fits the need of a diverse audience
• Demonstrate effective time management with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise effectively
• Have a customer focused commercial awareness
• Ability to work deliver programs within agreed timeframes
