Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer training, instructional design, or technical education
- Experience delivering training in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions
