The Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing facilities maintenance functions, including inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The successful candidate will assist with the company's facility operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience within maintenance or facilities related position
- Knowledge of technical, building operations, basic mechanical systems and facilities management
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
- Valid Driver's License
