Senior Manager, Value Stream

As a Senior Manager, Value Stream at STERIS, you will have end-to-end oversight of multiple value streams within a plant, responsible for ensuring operational goals are achieved through effective planning and leveraging of resources, establishing a continuous improvement culture, and managing and mentoring staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles with manufacturing operations and/or program management
• Demonstrated skills in written and verbal communication, problem analysis, potential problem analysis, decision analysis and planning
• Skilled in coaching, team building, business measurement, continuous improvement and lean/six sigma manufacturing techniques
• Experience in driving and deploying lean/six sigma methodologies throughout the plant and within various projects
• Ability to lead with mutual respect, setting the example of how STERIS’s core values are incorporated into the daily operation and management of a site
