Requirements
- MBO work and thinking level
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or coordinating role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Representative appearance
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- Social Hygiene and BHV certificates or willingness to obtain them
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Commercial approach and some experience with budget management
