Job Description
Stitch Fix is seeking a Lead MDM Engineer (Stibo STEP) to own the full lifecycle of product catalog and MDM solutions, from design and delivery through production support and continuous improvement. The role involves partnering closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering and data science teams to shape platform direction and ensure Stitch Fix's product data is accurate, scalable, and ready to support growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform in a retail or eCommerce environment
- 2+ years of experience as a technical leader, including leading projects and owning delivery outcomes
- Strong technical depth across STEP configuration, JavaScript-based business rules, SQL, and data modeling
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify data-driven and holistic solutions
- Ability to break down complex business needs into actionable plans and prioritize high-impact work
- Mentoring and coaching engineers
