Process Engineer (Implant)

Role Overview

Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, providing engineering support to the production line to achieve the organization's targeted manufacturing index. Take full ownership of engineering issues and maintain day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.

What You Will Do

Maintain and support manufacturing activities, ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost, and establish robust process control systems. Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for overall quality control and participate in selected projects or activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations related to dose concentration, angle, and air pressure
• Self-initiated, proactive, and able to communicate clearly
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
