RTL Design Leader

Role Overview

The RTL Design Leader will be responsible for leading the design of System-on-Chip (SoC) and driving the RTL design teams for specification development of IP's, complex subsystems, and chip-top. The role will involve working closely with systems teams and driving RTL design teams to deliver products across various tech nodes.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include driving architecture & application teams to converge to an optimal specification, conducting feasibility studies, risk analysis, power, die size estimation, and managing project-related activities like design team meetings and project status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Extensive experience in SoC/full-chip micro architecture and design
• Good understanding of SoC global specs and functionalities
• Knowledge of advanced ARM real-time and application CPU cores and memory subsystems
• Experience in mid-high complexity product developments in FDSOI 28nm, 16 FFC, 7nm technology nodes
• Leadership skills and experience in managing high-level complex designs
