FRONT OF THE HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

The Front of the House (FOH) Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests through attentive service and teamwork. This role focuses on exceeding guest expectations, maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment, and contributing to team goals. This position is hourly and pays minimum wage plus tips.

Requirements

• Experience in a Fast Casual Restaurant preferred, but not required.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Clean non-slip shoes
• Socks must be worn
• Clean black non-denim pants
• Clean company-supplied shirt, nametag, and apron
• Daily bathing and use of deodorant
• Californian Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certification required
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
