Job Description
The front-of-the-house (FOH) Team Member at the restaurant is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for guests, working as part of a Team. This role focuses on service, ensuring standards are met, and fostering a positive team environment. The position is non-exempt, hourly and includes minimum wage plus tips.
Requirements
- Experience in a Fast Casual Restaurant preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 pounds
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Clean non-slip shoes
- Socks must be worn
- Clean black non-denim pants
- Clean company-supplied shirt, nametag, and apron
