Groundskeeper

We are looking for a highly motivated Groundskeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the grounds of the community in an attractive condition, working with little or no supervision, and performing physically difficult work in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a groundskeeper preferred but not required
• General property maintenance skills preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions
