Job Description
SSI Career Resource Center is seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Tech to provide basic computer skills assistance to community members. This part-time, Monday-Thursday position in the Manassas Park, VA, hub zone requires being a HUBZone resident and completing a background check. The role involves teaching and assisting customers with computer use.
Requirements
- Reside in a designated HUBZone area (Manassas Park, VA)
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent enrollment
- Ability to pass a simple background check
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly with on-the-job training
- Moderate knowledge of personal computers
