Job Description
Storyteq is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join its APAC team in Auckland, New Zealand. The role involves owning client relationships, managing onboarding and training, and ensuring clients get value from the Storyteq platform. The ideal candidate has a technical or SaaS/Martech background, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-focused approach.
Requirements
- A background in SaaS, Martech, or a technical client-facing role
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Solutions-focused with outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities and managing client demands in a fast-paced environment
- Happy working autonomously as part of a small, collaborative team
