Deli Manager

The Deli Manager is responsible for scheduling associates, overseeing training, evaluating work, and delegating tasks to maximize profits. They also develop and implement merchandising plans, control department costs, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of Deli operations
• Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Excellent communicate skills with vendors, customers and employees
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• 1 year minimum experience as a manager in food service
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills.
