Account Executive, Product Sales - Payouts

We're looking for an Account Executive, Product Sales - Payouts to drive growth of Stripe's payouts products solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales or business development experience at a technology company, selling payments to large enterprise merchants. They will be responsible for leading complex new and renewal deals, understanding the sales process and competitors' offerings, and synthesizing customer feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience at a technology company
• 5+ years of experience selling payments to large enterprise merchants
• A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners internally and externally
• The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
• A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
• An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
