Data Governance Lead

Stripe is looking for a Data Governance Lead to partner with Data Engineering and GTM Systems to solve, prioritize and program manage key data initiatives around data processes, systems and architecture.

Requirements

• 11+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking or management consulting or private equity or venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles.
• 6+ years experience with Sales Policy development, Sales Governance, Sales Process compliance or Sales Compensation
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
• Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
