Job Description
Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join the Capabilities team within the Global Partnerships organization. This role focuses on developing and executing high-impact partnership initiatives with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) to drive Stripe’s product strategy and new capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Risk to deliver innovative solutions for new payment experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development or related field
- 5+ years of experience related to payments or card networks
- Thorough understanding of card network dynamics and business models
- Broad and deep experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies
- Experience working in a product centric environments with significant internal and external dependencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
