Job Description
Strive Health is a healthcare company that is driven by a purpose to transform the broken kidney care system. They are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their interdisciplinary clinical care team to deliver advanced nursing care for CKD and ESKD patients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or similar field
- 2+ years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP), Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP), or experience in internal medicine, cardiology, Nephrology or Case Management
- Current state specific licensure required
- National Board Certification
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license required or eligible to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Current BLS or CPR Certification required
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- 2+ years experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
- Wound Care certification preferred
- Experience using audio-visual technology platforms
