Job Description

They are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver advanced nursing care for kidney disease patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. This role emphasizes patient experience, advocacy, and a commitment to best practices in chronic kidney care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP), Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP), or experience in internal medicine, cardiology, Nephrology, or Case Management.
- Current state-specific nursing license required.
- National Board Certification.
- DEA license required (or eligible to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- BLS/CPR Certification.
