Job Description

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing or similar field
- 2+ years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or within internal medicine/cardiology/nephrology/case management
- Current state specific licensure
- National Board Certification
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
- Current BLS or CPR Certification
