Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on plans, specifications and estimates development
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery of complex civil engineering projects
• Strong proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into projects
