Job Description
STV, Inc. is seeking a Project Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead architectural/design teams in preparing documents for new construction and renovations, and to prepare and supervise architectural drawings, conduct site and construction inspections, and perform construction administration.
Requirements
- A Professional Degree in Architecture is required with 10-12 years of licensed experience.
- Experience with SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) and ICD 705 projects is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with BIM/Revit, Blue Beam and Microsoft Office Suite are required.
- Excellent design, presentation skills, both verbal and visual, and strong knowledge for generating technical details that are constructible are essential.
