Senior Construction Manager - Aviation

STV is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team to work with one of our Aviation clients in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves overseeing project execution, managing project scope, and ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget.

Requirements

• 15 years or more experience in construction management, preferably on airport projects
• Experience with projects over $50 million in value
• Knowledge of various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.
