NASI - Sr. Research & Development Engineer

The Senior Research & Development Engineer will lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally with other Subaru entities and business functions, reviewing the work of first-level Engineers and interns, and generating new ideas to improve work and products. Responsibilities include project oversight, process improvement, mentoring and professional development, near-production vehicles, future production vehicles, customer clinic and surveys, vendor management, competitor benchmarking, and intellectual property.
