Supports the development, evaluation, and validation of Subaru vehicle safety performance. Attends research and compliance tests, reviews and analyzes safety test data, and provides engineering support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics [STEM] subjects)
- At least 6-8 years of experience in automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or related agency for evaluating safety performance
- Good management and communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and databases
- Automotive technical knowledge and experience
