This is a strategic revenue leadership role for an ASEAN Revenue & Growth Director to drive enterprise growth across ASEAN markets, focusing on high-value enterprise pipeline, complex B2B pursuits, and regional sales strategy with cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Lead large strategic accounts across Singapore and ASEAN
- Build and convert high-value enterprise pipeline (At least 8-15M+ ARR deal size)
- Drive complex, long-cycle B2B pursuits involving multiple stakeholders
- Engage and influence CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, and CFO stakeholders
- Shape and execute regional sales strategy with cross-functional alignment (product, delivery, partnerships)
- Build value-based commercial cases (not feature selling)
- Drive new logo acquisition, not just expansion revenue
- Leverage channel partners / alliances to accelerate growth
- 15+ years enterprise sales experience in SaaS, Tech Solutions or Telco industry
- Deep exposure to BSS and/or OSS environments
- Experience selling into mobile operators, digital telcos, MVNOs or regional carriers
- Proven ability to close large, complex transformation programs
- Mandatory - Own a strong network across operator C-suite in ASEAN
- Track record of influencing technology and commercial buyers simultaneously
- Structured sales methodology (pipeline discipline, validation, pursuit governance)
- Value-based selling capability (business cases, ROI modeling, monetization logic)
- Evidence of driving early-stage growth or market expansion
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and high-growth scale environments
