Substance is representing a high-growth global SaaS platform transforming brands. We are looking for a high-calibre ASEAN Revenue & Growth Director to drive enterprise growth across ASEAN markets.
Requirements
- Lead large strategic accounts across Singapore and ASEAN
- Build and convert high-value enterprise pipeline (At least 8-15M+ ARR deal size)
- Drive complex, long-cycle B2B pursuits involving multiple stakeholders
- Engage and influence CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, and CFO stakeholders
- Shape and execute regional sales strategy with cross-functional alignment
- Build value-based commercial cases (not feature selling)
- Drive new logo acquisition, not just expansion revenue
- Leverage channel partners / alliances to accelerate growth
