Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with one or more Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms
- 5+ years of experience in contact center analytics, BI, performance management, or operations leadership
- Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise presales engagements and influencing executive decision-makers
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, value realization, and transformation outcome
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and consultative skills
