Job Description
We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Estates Management Team as a Property Management Lead. Your role will be to provide strategic leadership and day to day management of a selection of the General Fund Property and Investment portfolio.
Requirements
- extensive recent experience in the professional property workplace
- experience of operating in a local authority environment
- RICS qualification
- relevant post qualification experience, for a minimum of 5 years
- experience of lease and tenancy negotiations, lettings, valuations and general property management
