Job Description
We have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Estates Management Team as a Property Management Lead. The role involves providing strategic leadership and day to day management of a selection of the General Fund Property and Investment portfolio.
Requirements
- Extensive recent experience in the professional property workplace
- Experience of operating in a local authority environment either at County, District or Unitary level
- RICS qualification and relevant post qualification experience
- Experience of lease and tenancy negotiations, lettings, valuations and general property management
