Job Description
The Resident Liaison Officer (Warm Homes Wave 3) will work with residents and stakeholders in East Suffolk, engaging with and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders and residents. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to follow procedures, and being firm but fair.
Requirements
- Excellent communicator and ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and residents
- Ability to use software systems in day-to-day duties
- Ability to liaise with other partners and agencies
- Full UK driving licence and a vehicle for travel and visiting tenants' homes on a weekly basis
