Job Description
East Suffolk Council is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their Housing Investment Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building trust and rapport with residents, communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders, and following procedures in demanding circumstances.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders and residents
- Capable of following procedures and being firm but fair
- Ability to use software systems in day-to-day duties
- Full UK driving licence and a vehicle for travelling to tenants' homes
